Safe, accessible housing is a foundation for dignity. That’s why at Access hc, we help ensure that Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is not only compliant, but truly fit for purpose.
Our SDA assessments are delivered by Accredited Assessors who bring together design knowledge, clinical insight, and a deep understanding of lived experience, catering to both the technical requirements and the human realities of high-needs housing.
Whether you’re enrolling a new build, refining a design, or planning a self-build SDA, we’ll guide you through the process with clinical insight, regulatory clarity, and respect for the people these homes are built for.
Our Accredited SDA Assessors are registered and listed by the NDIA.
With a background in Occupational Therapy and complex home modifications, we understand the realities behind the regulations.
From concept design to final certification, we help you navigate the process smoothly, with practical, evidence-backed guidance.
